The hCaptcha security service, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“IMI”), is used to verify that the contact form submission meets our security requirements. To do this, hCaptcha analyzes the behavior of visitors to the website or mobile application according to various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters a part of the website where hCaptcha is enabled. For analysis purposes, hCaptcha evaluates various types of information (e.g. IP address, length of time the visitor has been on the website or application, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be transmitted to IMI. hCaptcha analysis in “invisible mode” can run completely in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that such an analysis is underway if the user is not confronted with a captcha. Data processing is based on art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.
